Green Strength Smoothie

  • 4 oz unsweetened hemp milk
  • 1 small chopped apple
  • ¼ lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil
  • 4 oz cold water
  • Ice

Blend all ingredients until smooth, then add to your blend the superfood/herbs mixes as recommended by the doctor blend again
