Ideal Protein Rotini – Tomato, Spinach, Mushroom Rotini
- 2 Ideal Protein Rotini packets
- 1 small can Stewed Tomatoes (Occasional Vegetable max 4 cups a week check your ph-1 sheet)
- 1/2 cup sliced Mushrooms
- 1/4 cup diced Onions
- 1tbsp chopped fresh Basil
- a small bunch of Fresh Spinach leaves
- Go Veggie Parmesan shreds
- Sea salt and Pepper to taste.
Cook Pasta for 12-15 minutes
In small skillet add olive oil on medium heat, add spinach leaves, cook and stir until tender, add stewed tomatoes and basil, simmer for 5-10 minutes, add in mushrooms, onions at the end cook for 30 seconds-1 minute only (remember on Ph-1 mushrooms and onions are only allowed “raw”)
You can add your 8-16 oz’s of turkey, chicken or beef and enjoy your dinner (optional)
Drain and add Pasta, pan toss to coat Pasta.
