2 Ideal Protein Rotini packets
1 small can Stewed Tomatoes (occasional Vegetable)
1/2 cup sliced Mushrooms (raw only while on ph-1)
1/4 cup diced Onions (raw only while on ph-1)
1tbsp chopped fresh Basil
a small bunch of Fresh Spinach leaves
Go Veggie Parmesan shreds
Sea salt and Pepper to taste.


Cook Pasta for 12-15 miuntes
In small skillet add olive oil on medium heat,  spinach leaves, add stewed tomatoes and basil simmer cook and stir until spinach is tender, for 5-10 minutes.  Add in mushrooms, onions at the very end if on ph-1 (all other phases can cook all ingredients together)

Add 1 lb of lean allowable protein (optional)

2 servings

Drain and add Pasta, pan toss to coat Pasta.
