  • 2 lbs ground Turkey or ground Chicken or both
  • 1 egg
    1 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1/2 tsp Cumin
    1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
    2 tsp Black Pepper
    1 tsp Sea Salt
    2 tsp Garlic Powder or 3 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
    3-4 Green Onions
    2 Finely Chopped Celery Stalks
    3 Tbsp Italian Seasoning

*Finely chopped mushrooms can be added if desired

Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes
6 meatballs should = One Portion 2 lbs = 4 servings of recommended lean protein (please weigh before serving max allowable is 8oz per meal a day).
