  • One packet of Ideal Protein Bacon or Fine Herb Omelet
  • 1/4 Cup Veggie Shreds (optional cheese substitute)
  • 1 cup – 1 cup Chopped favorite Vegetables.

Very lightly and quick Sautéed Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Spinach or any of your favorite vegetables (check your phase-1 sheet).

Direction:
Step 1. Prepare the Omelet or the Herb and Cheese Omelet as directed.
Step 2. Fill it with your favorite vegetables.
