2 cups of crab meat
1 teaspoon mustard
2 Tbsp grated red onion
¼ cup nutritional yeast
1 cup mayonnaise
1 ½ Tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
2 Tbsp green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
Grain-free crackers or vegetables for dipping (optional)
2 Tbsp Brazilian nuts

- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Transfer to an oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- While the dip is baking, add the topping ingredients to a food processor and pulse until it reaches a fine crumble.
- Remove dip from the oven, and sprinkle nut mixture on top. Return to the oven for 3-4 minutes and bake until golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, serve, and enjoy!
