My goal is to help you and family achieve and maintain optimal health and healing through natural care. We strive to not only correct your own personal health problems, but to educate and enlighten you so that you do not encounter similar problems in the future. .
Here are some of my Wellness Tips —- Ways to be happier
Hold onto things loosely. Surrender to what life brings and be resilient and resourceful.
We often get sick because we get so angry, resentful, or disappointed when we don’t get our way.

As for myself…
I bring my dreams and desires before God and ask for wisdom.
I’ve always had to let go of something, “be ok without it,” before it was given to me (in abundance, may I add).
Sometimes I don’t get what I want; I believe that God knows better than me what is good for me.
Therefore, as I pray for my dreams, I visualize myself with open hands; ready to let go, but also ready to receive.

Do NOT procrastinate. Do your work AT THE RIGHT TIME, IN AN EXCELLENT WAY.
A lot of worry and disease stem from not doing our part.

Eat healthy, be active, and don’t hold grudges or take things personally.
We never “arrive” at the perfect place. However, as long as you do better today than yesterday, you are on the right path.
